Simplifying Customs Procedures for Smooth International Trade

At Global Gateway Shipping Solution, we provide reliable customs clearance coordination and support to help businesses manage the complexities of international import and export procedures. We understand that customs regulations, documentation requirements, duties, and compliance procedures can make international shipping challenging.

Our team helps coordinate the necessary documentation and clearance arrangements to facilitate the smooth movement of your cargo across international borders.

Whether you are importing commercial goods, exporting products, or managing international shipments, we aim to make the customs clearance process simpler, more organized, and hassle-free.

What Is Customs Clearance?

Customs clearance is the process of completing the necessary documentation, declarations, inspections, and regulatory formalities required to import or export goods across international borders.
Every country has its own customs regulations, duties, taxes, and documentation requirements. Proper coordination and accurate paperwork are essential to avoid unnecessary delays and ensure shipments comply with applicable customs procedures.
At Global Gateway Shipping Solution, we coordinate with relevant customs agents and logistics partners to help businesses navigate these requirements.

Our Customs Clearance Services

1. Import Customs Clearance

We coordinate import customs clearance arrangements to help businesses manage the procedures involved in bringing goods into their destination country.

Our support includes documentation coordination, customs agent communication, duty and tax information, and shipment clearance follow-ups.

2. Export Customs Clearance
We assist businesses with export clearance coordination, helping arrange the necessary documentation and customs formalities before goods leave the country of origin.
3. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

DDP is an international shipping arrangement in which the seller takes responsibility for arranging transportation and handling import clearance, including applicable duties and taxes, up to the agreed delivery destination.

We help coordinate DDP shipping arrangements through our logistics and destination partners, subject to destination-country regulations and agreed service scope.

4. DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
DDU is a legacy Incoterms® 2000 term. Under the current Incoterms® 2020 rules, DAP (Delivered at Place) is generally used for a similar delivery arrangement. Under DAP, the seller arranges transportation to the agreed destination, while the buyer generally handles import customs clearance and applicable import duties and taxes. We help coordinate suitable shipping and delivery arrangements according to the agreed Incoterms.
5. Customs Documentation Assistance
Accurate documentation plays an important role in international trade. We assist with coordinating the required shipping and customs documents, which may include:
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading (B/L)
  • Air Waybill (AWB)
  • Certificate of Origin (COO)
  • Import and Export Declarations
  • Other destination-specific documents
6. Duty and Tax Coordination
We help coordinate information regarding applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other clearance-related charges through our destination agents and logistics partners.
